Workshop Culture Clash
Interacting with people who, in one way or another, think or act differently from you can sometimes be difficult at work or when collaborating with colleagues, especially as the level of diversity at the university and among the student population continues to grow. In this workshop, you will develop a better understanding of others, and you will also feel better understood yourself.
- Target group
- Ruth Nahumury
You will experience how differences manifest themselves within groups and teams by playing games. You will then engage in a discussion and learn how to deal with mutual differences effectively.
This workshop is currently only available in person. Online possibilities can be discussed.
