Why this course?

Doing a PhD is demanding. There always seems more to read, write, and analyse! For many standard time management tips won’t solve this. What really makes a difference is insight in how you are standing in your own way. In this course we’ll work on recognizing self-limiting elements like procrastination, perfectionism and lack of focus, and learn how to change these patterns. This course is designed to help you work smarter, with more energy and focus.
