Coaching & Intervision (early career) lecturers

During intervision, pedagogical cases, which are brought up by participants based on their own teaching, are discussed. Together, multiple solutions surrounding themes such as: “how do I encourage my students to actively participate?” or “how do I deal with students who do not prepare for classes?” are explored

Please note that we have reached maximum capacity for the intervision group. You may still sign up for the waiting list.

In these intervision groups you get the opportunity to discuss with peers your own classroom experiences and dilemmas. The education coaches will also address specific themes, e.g. planning & organization of your course, activating & motivating students, examination and assessment, diversity & inclusivity, thesis supervision, AI/ChatGPT and reflecting & evaluating. The intervision groups meet on campus four times per semester.

One intervision group has started in September; a second intervision group will start in Semester 2 (on Tuesdays, 15.15-17.15; see below for concrete dates). Would you like to join this intervision group? You can do so by registering online via this link; please do so before February 5.

Please note that by registering for the intervision group, you commit to attending all meetings. The maximum group size is eight; the conversations are in English, unless all participants are Dutch speaking.
