Formdesk is a ‘new’ tool to substitute JotForm. It’s a university wide licensed tool and is compliant with the GDPR.

Please note this training is intended for staff members of the Faculty of Humanities.
Formdesk is intended for event registration forms, mailing list sign up forms, etc. For research forms/surveys you can use Qualtrics (log in with your ULCN), but academic staff may, of course, also use Formdesk to create forms without a research purpose.
The university editorial team offers a Formdesk training twice a year, but many colleagues couldn’t attend these. The faculty editorial team will, therefore, organise two online training session through MS Teams for Humanities staff members.
The session will take 1.5 hours. We will go over the basics, the do’s and don’ts and afterwards there is time to ask questions. After the training you should be able to create your own forms swiftly!
