Training Smarter Digital Collaboration & Communication

Method
Training course

Where was that message again — in Teams, Outlook or in the chat? And where is that document? Somewhere on the J drive, or in a Teams channel?

Does this sound familiar?

Many colleagues notice that information can sometimes become scattered — not because we work online, but because we use different tools and locations interchangeably. This can cost time and energy and lead to unnecessary workload. Curious how smarter collaboration and communication could help you? Sign up for one of our training sessions. The training is provided by AVK, and you can choose between two levels: beginner or advanced.

During the training you will learn:

  • How to manage documents efficiently: when to use OneDrive and when to use Teams
  • How to communicate more effectively: when to choose chat, a post, or email
  • Basic agreements for Microsoft 365 tools: how to make clear arrangements with your team

Entry test

Please complete the entry test beforehand so you know which level to register for.

Can’t attend on the available dates?

Training sessions are also offered at the Faculty of Law (FDR). Additional sessions may be arranged as well. For options, please send a chat message or email to Maaike van Borssum Waalkes, project coordinator: m.j.van.borssum.waalkes@fsw.leidenuniv.nl.
