How can we stay financially fit?
Having a lot of money does not necessarily make us happy, but money worries can cause considerable stress and affect how we feel and function, both at work and outside work. In this session, Wilco van Dijk, Professor of Economic Psychology and its Applications, will explore the relationship between money, emotions and mental health. You will gain insight into the impact of money worries and what they mean for employees. In the second part, we will discuss the topic together. What can we, as a university, do to strengthen employees’ financial well-being? And where does our responsibility lie?
