Ties with the job market
Familiarity with and preparation for the job market is assuming an increasing role in the programmes at Leiden University. It ranges from practical information and advice on the job market and applying for jobs to acquiring important skills (21st-century skills) such as leadership, entrepreneurship and presentation.
Preparing for the job market
Preparing for the job market is high on the University agenda. A project is currently investigating how to embed it in the curriculum of 19 degree programmes, and it will continue to be integrated in the programmes once the project has ended.
Integrating the job market in your teaching?
