MyTimetable is Leiden University’s timetabling publication tool.

You can log in to MyTimetable with your ULCN account.

Log in to MyTimetable

Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be able to link the courses that you teach to your personal timetable. MyTimetable will save any timetables you add and display them automatically next time you log in.

You can link your timetable in MyTimetable to your own calendar via apps like Outlook, Google Calendar or Apple Calendar on your smartphone. Once you have done so, timetable changes will automatically appear in your calendar. You can also choose to receive email notifications of timetable changes.

Where do I find answers to questions?

•    You’ll find detailed instructions on the Help page in MyTimetable.
•    For technical support contact the ISSC, via the ISSC helpdesk portal.
