Opening Shark cluster to FSW users
- Tuesday 5 December 2017
Pieter de la Court
2333 AK Leiden
This meeting marks the opening of the Shark computer cluster to FSW users. During this meeting the general configuration of the new cluster, how to access it and how the support for FSW users is organized will be discussed.
The Shark cluster is maintained by the Department of Human Genetics of the LUMC and will replace our now outdated Corleone cluster. New analysis projects should be run at the Shark cluster and ongoing analysis projects at Corleone should be finished as soon as possible.
Like Corleone, Shark is a Linux-based cluster which will mainly be used to run neuroimaging analyses in packages such as matlab, R, and FSL. The cluster enables researchers to run many analyses in parallel using an automatic scheduler.
Lunch will be provided. Please register through the registration link below to attend this meeting.
