H2020 Academy - ERC Advanced Grant briefing
- Thursday 24 May 2018
- Elon Musk room
Luris is hosting an event for researchers who are interested in applying for the 2018 ERC Advanced Grant call on 24 May 2018.
Aim of the session
The session will provide participants with an overview of the ERC Advanced Grant scheme and will hear from a panel member. Participants should gain a deeper understanding of the proposal format and the key issues they are required to address writing a proposal. There will also be ample opportunity to ask questions.
Who should attend?
The session is aimed at researchers based in, or moving to, Leiden University who are planning to submit a proposal to the ERC Advanced Grant call. The call is expected to open on 17 May 2018 and will close on 30 August 2018. Applicants are expected to be active researchers and to have a track record of excellent research. The scheme is designed to support Principal Investigators (PIs) who are already established leaders in their field with a recognised track record of research achievements.
