How 3D scanning makes archaeological fieldwork easier, faster and more accurate. With a team from the National Museum of Antiquities and the University of Yarmouk, 3D Scan Solutions went to Jordan to scan the excavations in Deir Allah in 3D. This offers new possibilities in terms of reporting, but also for research, making replicas and Virtual Reality. 3D scanning in archeology is also often applicable in the Netherlands. A practical lecture with many examples and experiences from daily practice.
