08:00-08:45 Meditation (ENG+ NL)
Learn about different forms of meditation and find out that meditation does not always have to be fuzzy. Discover techniques that you can also apply at home and that will contribute to more relaxation, creativity and awareness in your daily life.
09:00-09:20 Coffee corner (ENG +NL)
Besides not being able to go the Leiden University or the LUMC for work, you also miss daily contact with colleagues during this period. Human contact is an essential part of your daily work and keeping in touch with others benefits your work. Research has shown that social support is also important for reducing symptoms of stress. People with a strong social network have a higher life expectancy and a better immune sustem. During the Healthy University Week 2020 we organize Kaltura Coffee Breaks. A nice way to start a conversation with familiar and / or new colleagues while enjoying a cup of coffee or tea. Do you like networking? Are you new at Leiden University or the LUMC? Or do you just want to chat? Use the Kaltura Coffee Breaks to expand your network or meet new people. Register and receive the link to participate!
10:00-10:20 Office work-out (ENG + NL)
A short break to loosen your neck, back and shoulders, to boost blood flow and to strengthen your muscles. Then you can get back to work full of energy.

14:30-15:30 Workshop: Do I eat healthily? (ENG)
During this workshop we will increase both awareness and knowledge about healthy food. By experiencing the practical advice and experience it for yourself, your employees will start to think more consciously about their eating habits and try out new products. A number of topics are: What is healthy food and what should I pay attention to? How do I read a label? Because snacks are often a pitfall, an exciting snack game will be played. Small adjustments make a big difference!

15:00-15:45 Cool, calm and collected! Adressing work pressure at Leiden University- PhD candidates- (ENG)
In these interactive sessions, academic staff join group discussions of 5 to 6 people about work pressures at Leiden University. What sorts of work pressure do you face in your role, where does it come from, how can the organisation help, and what actions can you take? We want to hear from you to help improve policy.

Dance like no one is watching cheerful Latin music. The movements are easy to follow, so let go of your hips.
