How can you get fit in these challenging times? And how can you actively adopt a healthy lifestyle? Healthy University Leiden is here to help, with its #COVID to #GOFIT Week, from 21 to 25 June 2021.
Online inspiration sessions
The COVID restrictions mean COVID to GOFIT Week 2021 will be held online, but this won’t stop us from offering a programme packed with interesting inspiration sessions, office workouts and sport classes.
You’ll be able to follow our inspiration sessions (with Nienke Wijnants, Kiki Vreeling, David van Bodegom and more) not only on a screen or at your desk, but also – and preferably even – outside, during a lunchtime walk perhaps. And we’re starting new initiatives such as Mindful Walking and WAT (Walking Apart Together). So grab your walking boots and join us.
