In this session we will simulate an interactive workshop of the kind offered to various groups of PhD students. Assuming that students learn most from discussing real-life dilemmas, the workshop does two things: it invites students to reflect together on some case studies from The Dilemma Game (developed at the Erasmus University Rotterdam), while also encouraging them to share their own dilemmas with the group.

Students Research and ethics– Practical guidance on supervising student research
In this talk Max van Arnhemd will present a basic framework to help determine whether student research should be brought to the Ethics Committee and/or the Privacy Officer for review. We will also go over the checklist for student research and discuss example cases. By Privacy officer Max van Arnhem
