After our first October meeting where the main speaker Maria Hadjigavriel talked about her experiences in Palloures excavation accompanied by student respondent Gianni Vlachopoulos, we will move on to Panama where dr Natalia Donner will talk about her Darien Profundo project where they are looking into the entanglement of culture and ecology. In her presentation, she will talk about specifically collaborative archaeology and how engagement with the local people of San Miguel in Panama provide them useful information on their archaeological analysis. Student respondent Georg Müller will discuss his own experiences on Darien Profundo project and this relates to his own thesis and research.
