Dear LUCL & LUCDH researchers,
As you may have heard, after lots of planning and collaboration between our two faculties, the Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH) Labs have had a soft-opening and the first research has already started there! The SSH Labs house space for behavioral (computer tasks), EEG, Eye-tracking, VR, classroom, dyadic, physiological, and other types of research. All from our two faculties are welcome there and the intention is that future new research projects begin in this space, insofar as it meets your specific needs.
On 12 October 11:00-12:30, the ad-interim lab managers of the SSH Labs, Maureen Meekel (FSW) and Auke Ruhe (HUM) will be giving a tour of the new lab spaces especially for LUCL and LUCDH researchers. Scientific Director of LUCL (Prof. Lisa Cheng) will hold opening remarks. Please join us in this opportunity to get to know the space, the inter-faculty support team, and the equipment available to you there. Hopefully it will help spark inspiration for your future work!
