After two successful funding rounds, the Birmingham - Leiden Collaboration Fund (BLCF) launches the third call for proposals on June 4th. After investing in the establishment of a shared online depository for classes in sign language, in comparing excavation sites in Egypt and in research on plant-microbe interactions for interactions for food security and forest health, we invite researchers at The University of Birmingham and Leiden University to send in their proposals for closer collaboration of our two institutions.
The new call round will be launched in Birmingham. There, Rector Magnificus Hester Bijl will be signing a collaboration agreement with the University of Birmingham, underlining the intent to support close collaboration in research and education for the years to come. You are cordially invited to livestream the signing and the following information session. For more information, please email m.a.bous@bb.leidenuniv.nl.
