Tom and Ruthie will each lead us in thinking through the election results. At a time when elections—both in the Netherlands and around the world—seem more unpredictable than ever, they will share fresh and timely insights from political science and political psychology. Together, they’ll explore what these outcomes tell us about voter behaviour, relations between (ideological) groups in society, democratic resilience, and the changing dynamics of politics today.
What is Food for Thought?
During Food for Thought lunch meetings, researchers and interested colleagues can meet in an informal setting.
Two speakers from different institutes present their work in relation to a specific topic that is connected to the overarching FSW themes:
• Health and wellbeing in a healthy society;
• Societal transitions, inequality and diversity.
With this interdisciplinary approach you get to know varying standpoints and methods, gain new perspectives and broaden your network. You can apply to this event until the 30th of October.
Do you want to contribute?
Do you want to present your own research next? Please, contact Susanne Roodhuijzen, the Food for Thought coordinator.
