We're pleased to invite you to celebrate the 2025/2026 faculty year at our Summer Party, which this year will take place at Brasserie Rumour in Leiden. From 16.00 onwards you can take part in various activities such as a boat trip along Leiden’s beautiful canals or a lively music bingo. Whichever activity you choose, drinks and snacks are provided.
Registration
A walking dinner will be served from 17.30 onwards. Whether you’ve found a (hopefully warm and sunny) spot outside or are relaxing indoors, the various dishes will be brought to you. A DJ will get the party going from 19.30 and you can hit the dance floor enjoying summer hits until 21.00.

The Summer Party is our way of marking the approaching end of the current academic year and saying thank you. Although this period has been busy and brought many challenges, your ongoing commitment to the faculty has been truly appreciated, and we're extremely grateful for all your efforts!
Brasserie Rumour
We chose this venue in view of the wishes noted from the staff survey: somewhere close, with both indoor and outdoor seating. Since the location for Lawlands last year required a lot of logistical planning and effort, this year we’ve opted for Brasserie Rumour.
The Faculty board looks forward to welcoming you all on Tuesday 30 June!
