Organizational development depends greatly on employees' capabilities, initiative and leadership. As employees grow, the quality of organizational activities improves, and the cumulative effect can contribute to the progress of society as a whole. In Japan, the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) framework — launched in Sweden in 2020 and since spread to numerous countries — is considered a potential guide for human resource development. Will it be a humanistic model for social practices?
Professor Hiroshi Nakamura (School of Management at SANNO University) will share his participation in the IDGs initiative and the primary results. Cha-hsuan Liu will moderate the Q&A.
