Join us in the KOG entrance hall for a new Faculty Talk to be given by Yvonne Erkens on Monday 7 September at 16.00.
Title: ‘Van ongewenst gedrag naar sociale transitie’ (from inappropriate behaviour to social transition)
Yvonne Erkens will explore a topical issue in labour law: inappropriate behaviour and its consequences for the employment relationship.
There is much to discuss from a procedural perspective, but the underlying challenge is even more intriguing: why do people behave inappropriately at work, and what can be done to change that?
This question ties in closely with one of the university's strategic themes, in which our faculty is actively involved: Social Transitions.
