Sending mails, editing texts, sharing files: you work every day with all kinds of information and data. Did you know that one small action can make an enormous difference in keeping information secure and preventing a data leak? Leiden University will be moving filly to using sensitivity labels with Microsoft 365 documents and e-mails. It is therefore important that you know precisely which label to use and when.
During this short online knowledge session we will answer the most important questions about sensitivity labels so you will be able to play a key role in keeping your information and that of the university secure. In a short and interactive session, awareness officer Isra Acherrat will show you how sensitivity labels work and how to use them in practice. In just fifteen minutes you will be given a useful explanation and examples that you can put into practice in your daily work. After the session you will know:
- why we use sensitivity labels;
- what the different labels mean;
- which label to use and when;
- how you can add a label yourself.
There will also be time to ask any questions you may have.
