Become a master in the kitchen! Do you want to impress this Christmas with a restaurant-worthy dinner? Then join this cooking workshop organised by the PV. What can you expect?
- Learn the cutting techniques of a real chef;
- Discover how to organize and collaborate efficiently in the kitchen;
- Prepare an extensive four-course menu under professional guidance;
- Enjoy every course with a good glass of wine (and water);
- Take the full menu home with you afterwards, so you can shine during the holidays.
The chef has already made a number of preparations, so you can fully focus on the art of cooking. Enjoyable, educational, and above all, delicious!
Don't miss this opportunity to surprise your guests with a culinary masterpiece at Christmas.
We ask you to arrive between 18:00 and 18:15 for the explanation, so that we can start the workshop immediately at 18:30. Please bring your own apron if you have one.
If you have any dietary requirements you would like to share with us, such as an allergy, please let the organizer know by email at pv@leidenuniv.nl. Registration is available here.
Please note: This is an activity for regular members of Leiden University. There is a 50 euro contribution.
