Budget report

The Budget report is issued every four months and gives an overview of the financial results of the University as a whole and of the individual units. This provides information about our results and helps us maintain financial control.

The Budget report is a collective report. Every quarter, each unit at the University submits its own Budget report to the Executive Board, specifying its budget, results and prognosis. The Administration Directorate (BV)/Financial and Economic Affairs (FEZ) takes the financial results of the units and produces a Budget report for the whole organisation. The third Budget report for the year provides the results for the whole year.

The Executive Board discusses the Budget report and adopts it for the whole University. The report is then sent, for the record, to the units, the Board of Governors and the University Council. The University Council discusses the Quarterly Report and issues its advice to the Executive Board.
