For your work, you may need to make phone calls. Within the university, we use different types of telephony: phoning via Teams and mobile phones.
Phoning via Teams
As a member of staff, you can use Microsoft Teams Phone for internal phone calls, or to call both mobile numbers and fixed numbers. Teams Phone integrated in the university’s Microsoft 365 environment.
Mobile telephony
If you need a mobile telephone or a mobile subscription or data-only subscription, you can apply for it via the helpdesk portal. Read about troubleshooting, using your mobile phone and internet abroad, forwarding calls and what to do if your phone gets stolen or lost.
