Applying for a guest or external account
Guests or external staff members can also be given a ULCN account.

Do you have a guest who only requires limited ICT facilities? If so, you can apply for an ULCN account via your GMS-contact person.
- Does your guest or external staff member require additional facilities, such as access to network drives? Managers and preparers can submit a guest registration request via BAS InSite. The various options and instructions for managers and preparers can be found on the helpdesk portal.
