Eveline Crone new Corresponding Fellow of The British Academy

The British Academy appointed Eveline Crone as a Corresponding Fellow to recognise her contribution to the SHAPE themes - the social sciences, humanities and the arts. The British Academy is the national academy for social sciences and humanities in the United Kingdom. Besides Crone, 83 other Fellows from more than 15 countries were appointed.

Commenting on the appointment of the new Fellows, Julia Black, President of The British Academy, said: 'As the new President of the British Academy, it gives me great pleasure to welcome this new cohort of Fellows, who are as impressive as ever and remind us of the rich and diverse scholarship and research undertaken within the SHAPE disciplines. I am very much looking forward to working with them on our shared interests.'
