Maaike Lycklama keynote speaker at behavioral risk conference
On Thursday 2 September, Maaike Lycklama à Nijeholt acted as keynote speaker at the behavioral risk conference in Utrecht. She did this together with Desiree Meurs, a researcher at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. The topic of the conference was 'innovative supervision and tools' and it took place at Pathé in Leidsche Rijn. Maaike Lycklama and Desiree Meurs gave a presentation on the role that soft controls play in innovative supervision.
