LACDR PhD Introductory course on Drug Research
Recently, we had the LACDR PhD Introductory course on Drug Research for starting PhD candidates. It was great to have this live event live in castle Oud Poelgeest, after two years of restrictions.
We welcomed 30 PhD candidates, with whom we had an inspiring and funny time. Beside the serious part of the course, there was ample time to get to know each other.
The program was set up to get informed about the institute, the divisions, the partners of LACDR and the research of PhD colleagues. There was a workshop presentation skills and possibility to practice this. Furthermore, there was attention for the topics Intellectual property, career perspective, PhD supervision and entrepreneurship.
