Empirical-legal research on online price discrimination

How do Dutch companies perceive online price discrimination? Kimia Heidary, Bart Custers, Helen Pluut and Jean-Pierre van der Rest recently published an article on this topic.

In a recently published article in Computer Law & Security Review, Kimia Heidary, Bart Custers, Helen Pluut and Jean-Pierre van der Rest write about the findings of the interviews they conducted with various Dutch companies and experts about the phenomenon called online price discrimination. This is the first study to focus on corporate perspectives, adding a novel context to the consumer-centric debate surrounding the topic.
