No, registration is closed.

 

Attendance is in-person only. This means you will have to travel to The Hague in order to participate.

This programme will be taught in person in The Hague, at the Wijnhaven Building of Leiden University.

  • Fully funded candidates have been informed by their respective universities regarding travel and subsistent costs and reimbursement procedures.
  • The fully funded and other selected non-funded participants will receive free access to course materials, a certificate of participation, lunches on class days, and a drinks reception (programme to follow).

Selected funded participants have received an admission confirmation by email via their respective universities. Please refer to the point of contact within this e-mail for further questions or information regarding funding and reimbursement procedures.

Please note that fully attendance is a prerequisite to receive funding and will be registered.

  • Participants will receive a certificate of participation upon completion of the course.
  • An additional statement regarding the amount of ECTS credits can be issued. Please note that the document is not an official transcript and that it is the student’s responsibility to validate the course for credit at their home university. Keeping in mind that 1 ECTS equals 28 study hours, we value the Summer School on COVID-19: Impact on European health & well-being to be representing 1 ECTS.

  • Funded participants have received an email from their respective universities.
  • Other participants will have received an email on behalf on EUniWell by Leiden University by 27th of June at the latest (also check your spam email folder).

The cities of Leiden and The Hague have excellent connections to all main airports (Schiphol Airport 15 minutes) and railway stations in the Netherlands. Leiden and The Hague are located in the west of the Netherlands, near the coast of the North Sea, Amsterdam (30-45 minutes), and Rotterdam (20-35 minutes). Leiden and The Hague are situated near to each other (15 minutes). Most Summer School locations are within walking or cycling distance of the city centre.
