Action Matrix
De Actiematrix is de uitkomst van een inventarisatie van mogelijke maatregelen en fungeert als onderlegger voor het werkprogramma van Werkbalans in Actie. De matrix biedt een palet van mogelijke acties die medewerkers, opleidingsvoorzitters, leidinggevenden, commissies, MT’s van instituten en bestuurders kunnen helpen bij het realiseren van een betere werkbalans.
The Action Matrix is the result of an inventory of potential measures and is intended as a starting point for the work programme of Work Balance in Action. The matrix offers a range of possible actions that can help employees, programme directors, supervisors, committees, MT’s of institutes and board members achieve a better work balance.
