As a teacher, there are different people and departments within the faculty that you will deal with.
Your first point of contact is the programme coordinator of the study programme you teach for and/or the institute you teach at.
SEEDS provides technical and didactic support and advise for all teachers faculty-wide.
You can reach SEEDS via e-mail or at our offices in the CE-wing of the Gorlaeus building.
Telephone
You can contact SEEDS by phone in the following situations:
- Urgent questions about exams
- Urgent questions about recordings
- Urgent enrollment requests for Brightspace
- Other urgent questions that can not be asked by email
On days that there are exams scheduled at the USC, we are always reachable by phone for urgent matters. On other days, we are not always able to answer phone calls.
If matters are not urgent, we ask you to reach us by email.
Audio visual issues
If you experience issues with audio visual media in a lecture room, please contact the audio visual department.
Malfunctions (ISSC)
If you experience a malfunction in one of the ICT systems, please check the 'Malfunction and maintenance reports'. If your issue is not mentioned, please contact the ISSC (ICT Shared Service Center).
