Teacher development (oa BKO)
The FSW believes it is important that you are stimulated, inspired and supported in your development as a teacher. Opportunities for development are described in the Teacher Development Model. At the faculty level, there are training courses, learning on the job opportunities and intervision. Educational grants or subsidies can also help you develop yourself.
