The Faculty Board and the Council meet monthly to discuss topics such as finances, personnel policy, education, and facility services. The agendas and minutes of these meetings can be found below.

The Board of Examiners determines in an impartial and competent manner whether a student possesses the knowledge, understanding and skills required to obtain a degree, as set out in the Course and Examination Regulations (OER).

The consultation meetings between the Faculty Board and the Faculty Council are held on the dates listed below. In principle, these meetings are open to the public. Registration for the public gallery is possible by sending an email to ambtelijksecretarisfb@fgga.leidenuniv.nl.
