Service Point Financial
The Service Point Financial can answer all your questions relating to the university’s financial administration. It is the front office of the Financial department of the ASSC (Administrative Shared Service Centre) expertise centre.
Quickly manage your financial matters
You can easily manage most of your financial matters yourself via BAS Insite or via the Helpdesk Portal. There, you will find more information on managing financial matters, such as:
- Orders
- Incoming and outgoing invoices
- Cash matters
- Gift cards (Tourist Office: VVV)
- Expense claims
- Other financial affairs

Digital invoices
Digital invoices must state the SAP number or order number and can be sent by email to facturen@assc.leidenuniv.nl. Please do not send more than one invoice per email message.
