Vidatum
Applying for, managing and accounting for externally funded research projects is becoming increasingly competitive and complex. Vidatum is a research management tool for grants and research projects that assists researchers and research support staff in meeting the requirements of funders in terms of applying for, managing and accounting for externally funded research projects.
Important notice about project registration in Vidatum
Starting December 5, it will temporarily not be possible to register new projects due to the transition from SAP to BAS InSite. Data of existing projects can also not be edited during this time. Adding financial data and content-related budget data will still be possible. If you have any questions, please contact the key user of your faculty.
Go to VidatumExpanding the functionality of Vidatum
The tool can be used for managing project finances (post-award) of new, externally funded research projects. In subsequent phases, Vidatum will be expanded further with more functions including:
- Digitalising approval processes (Request for Approval)
- Support for subsidy applications (pre-award)
- Management reporting
