Collective Labour Agreement (CAO) of Dutch Universities
The terms of employment of university employees are set out in the CAO of Dutch Universities.
A number of provisions from the CAO have been further specified in separate University regulations.
The current CAO is valid until 1 July 2018. Formally the CAO expired 30 June 2017, which is why this date is stated on the CAO's title page. However, it has been extended until 1 July 2018. An English version of the CAO will be available shortly.
