An annual plan ensures that Planning & Control is embedded in the organisation. The plan states who provides what and when. This means that the right information is available at the right time, allowing for the proper financial management of the University.

In our new strategic plan (Innovating and Connecting – 2022-2027) we focus on stronger connections: between disciplines, with society and within our university community.

The university has developed a vision on education, Learning@LeidenUniversity. This vision together with the strategic plans from both the university and the faculty provide direction for our education.

The Pieter de la Court Building has now a new library, on the ground floor, in wing B. The building project was scheduled from December 2018 to December 2019. Now that the library has been completed, new teaching rooms will be built to replace those on the 5th floor.
