It’s Healthy University Week from 31 October to 4 November and we’ve put together an exciting programme entirely focused on your vitality. Join our daily workshops for exercise and relaxation, watch a lecture on the benefits of a healthy diet or join a mini-workshop on the signs of imbalance.

Do you ever feel tired at the end of the day and could you use a boost? Have you ever worked all day without a break because you’re so busy? To do your work properly, you need to feel good and have a healthy mind in a healthy body. That’s why we’ve chosen ‘Vital Minds’ as the theme of this year’s Healthy University Week, with various fun workshops to boost your physical and mental vitality.
Healthy University Week is for all of our staff. We as a university think it is important for you to take the time to work on your own vitality. Choose what appeals to you most!
