FSSC: adjusted payment dates around 1 May (Labour Day)
The Financial Shared Service Centre (FSSC) will provide a modified service for payments around 1 May (Labour Day). This is relevant to all staff dealing with the payment of invoices and/or expense claims.
The bank is usually instructed every Monday and Wednesday to make all the payments that are ready. Labour Day counts as a public holiday for banks, however, so they do not process transactions on that day. The payment on Monday 1 May will therefore be cancelled.
Payments that are already ready with a due date until 3 May will be included in the Wednesday 26 April payment. The normal schedule will resume on Wednesday 3 May.
