Reminder: Sign up now for activities during Vitality Week (25-29 September)
Want to unwind with yin yoga, shake your hips at Zumba or improve your fitness with some boxing? Or have you always wanted to learn more about healthy eating or your sleeping habits? During Vitality Week, you can sign up – for free! – for a range of workshops aimed at revitalising your body and mind.
Many of you will have been away on holiday over the past few weeks and are now back at work. You probably returned home feeling well rested and full of energy. But have you been able to maintain that feeling?
The secret to a relaxed return to work is to set aside some time each day for recovery. It is also important to make time to relax and work on your vitality and fitness. The results of the latest personnel monitor also indicate that we need to do more to balance the demands of work and a busy life. Leiden University wants to help you do just that!
Programme and registration
A variety of workshops will be held during Vitality Week (Week van de Vitaliteit) in partnership with My Daily Lifestyle and the University Sports Centre (USC). Our Vitality Week coincides with the National Vitality Week (Nationale Vitaliteitsweek).
