Pilot AscMe 2.0: reduce teachers' workloads

16 January 2024

The AscMe pilot of the FSW started in September. We have almost completed this pilot with all teachers involved and have come to a large number of positive insights. With these useful insights, we are going to further develop this platform. The further development will start in semester 2, called pilot 2.0.

In pilot 2.0, we will increase the scale by including more teachers and more subjects. We would therefore like to invite you to join ''Pilot 2.0 Teacher Platform AscMe'' of the OSC. So we are looking for enthusiastic teachers/subject coordinators to join!

To support participants, OSC will organise (a) meeting(s) in January for which you can sign up, or we will make an individual appointment with you. Furthermore, a digital manual will be distributed and several colleagues at the OSC have been trained to help you ask questions around the use of the platform. As a participant in the pilot, completing the tasks will take less time (evaluation and grade submission), and we ask you to send us feedback on the platform.

Did the information above make you curious, do you have questions or would you like to sign up directly? Please contact Joyce or Miranda at AscMe@fsw.leidenuniv.nl.

We hope to welcome you to pilot 2.0 soon!
