New LDE trainees: would you like an extra team member next year?
Five new trainees are starting at Leiden University this week. They are beginning at the departments of LION, Leiden University College, Strategic Communication, HRM Leadership & Development and Communication & Marketing from the Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences. A warm welcome to all these new trainees!
Trainees are entry-level professionals with a master’s degree. They can make a valuable contribution in the workplace and soon get up to speed in a team. Trainees from the past few years and the departments they worked for have written testimonials for the staff members website and the ‘Working at’ website.
Add an LDE trainee to your team
LDE trainees are driven starters who bring fresh insights alongside an injection of energy. They form a network together and follow an intensive personal and professional development programme. They can help connect, innovate and change processes, and can facilitate the primary process of teaching and research. The LDE traineeship also increases Leiden University’s visibility on the job market as a relevant and interesting employer for young professionals.
