Encourage students to join the Student Well-being Week
From 24 to 28 November, the university is once again organizing the Student Well-being Week – a week full of free activities in Leiden and The Hague to help students relax, connect, and focus on their mental and physical well-being. Help promote this event and boost student wellbeing.
More than 40 activities, something for everyone
With a wide range of workshops, sports and creative activities, there’s something for every student. From tips on dealing with procrastination or performance pressure to creative workshops such as painting or making sustainable soap. For those who prefer something active there's a lot to choose from as well: from Mindful Mornings to yoga, bootcamp, salsa or the Well-being Run. Of course, there is also plenty of room for fun and connection, with game nights, Mario Kart tournaments, the Potluck Dinner and the Pub Quiz Night.
Student well-being matters
So, are you in regular contact with students? Encourage them to take part in the Student Well-being Week and help them make time for themselves.
From 10 November, students can register for the event.
