Scheduled maintenance: Shuttel app unavailable on 21, 22 and 23 November
From Friday 21 November through Sunday 23 November, the Shuttel app will be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance. Your Shuttel card will continue to work as usual, so you can keep travelling without any issues.
During the maintenance period, it will not be possible to view or add transactions or assign travel motives in the app.
Starting Monday 24 November, everything will be back to normal and you will be able to view transactions and assign travel motives again.
