Reporting problems with Maileon

Use the Maileon tile in the university helpdesk portal.

Requesting an account

Send a message to the key user of your faculty or organisational unit and include:

• your first and last name
• the environment(s) you need access to (internal and/or external environment)

Having an address list imported

If you wish to send an address list to the data manager of your faculty or organisational unit, the following applies due to security and privacy requirements:

• Do not send the address list by email.
• Share the address list via Surfdrive or OneDrive, or send it via Surffilesender.
• Do not use other sending and sharing services such as WeTransfer and Dropbox.
