Reserving equipment

Do you need extra equipment, such as a camera, microphone, or voice recorder? At most faculties, you can borrow these audiovisual resources for teaching and research purposes. View the options and borrowing conditions per location.

Presentations

Procedures

Every faculty has its own procedures for matters such as course registration, publishing timetables, and submitting grades. Here you will find an overview of the regulations and forms that apply specifically to your faculty or study programme.

Tests and theses

Assessment provides insight into the level and progress of your students. Find out about the different assessment methods, from digital testing and online grading to the use of rubrics and plagiarism detection. You will also find manuals here for tools such as Brightspace, Ans, and Turnitin.

Reserving rooms

Do you need a room for a lecture, meeting, or event? You can easily reserve a room in one of the university buildings via the self-service portal. For specific teaching rooms or complex requests, you can contact Room Management (Zalenbeheer) or the Service Desk.

Preparing the literature
