Do you ever feel tired at the end of the day and could you use a boost? Have you ever worked all day without a break because you’re so busy? To do your work properly, you need to feel good and have a healthy mind in a healthy body. The various fun workshops of this year’s 'Vital Minds: Healthy University Week' are a great way to boost your physical and mental vitality.
Healthy University Week is for all of our staff. We as a university think it is important for you to take the time to work on your own vitality. Choose what appeals to you most!
