On 10 May 2023, the Institute of Private Law will bid farewell to John Cartwright, professor of Anglo-American private law 2007-2017, via a symposium on Contract Law and Legal Certainty.
Charlotte Pavillon, Ruben de Graaff and Thijs Beumers will speak on topics around the theme of contract law and legal certainty. Ewan McKendrick will deliver at the symposium a speech 'Commercial Contract Law: how important is the quest for legal certainty?'
